Your custom orthotics have been specifically designed based on your biomechanical assessment to improve foot mechanics, support proper alignment, and enhance overall movement.
During your dispensing appointment, we will ensure your orthotics fit correctly in your footwear, review proper wear and care instructions, and discuss a gradual break-in schedule to allow your body to adapt comfortably.
Your appointment includes:
Verification of proper orthotic fit and function
Assessment of comfort and alignment in standing and walking
Education on wear schedule and footwear recommendations
Guidance on cleaning, maintenance, and expected lifespan
Answers to any questions regarding your orthotics and recovery
As your body adjusts to the new support, it is normal to experience mild muscle fatigue or soreness during the first one to two weeks. Your provider will explain what to expect and when to contact us if adjustments are required.
Our goal is to ensure your orthotics provide optimal support while helping reduce pain, improve posture, enhance movement efficiency, and support your long-term recovery and performance.
If any modifications are needed after you've had time to wear your orthotics, we'll work with you to ensure they continue to fit and function as intended.
