For Junior Golfers Aged 18 years and younger. Initial detailed screening for golfers of all levels to determine their current physical capabilities. This assessment is for golfers experiencing pain, or simply looking to optimize their performance.

Assessment session includes: Force plate analysis (ground reaction forces), vertical jump, impulse, swing analysis via slow motion video capture TPI screening and Physiotherapist assessment. This session is for golfers who have already completed an assessment with our Physiotherapist, and have developed a training plan for their specific needs.

Information from the initial assessment will be utilized to provide a 6-week golf specific training plan to enhance your mobility, strength, and overall golf performance.
