Important Update to Our Appointment Cancellation Policy

Effective August 10, 2026:

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice from your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

•     Your first late cancellation or missed appointment will be waived as a courtesy.

•     Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice from your scheduled appointment time are subject to a fee equal to 25% of the appointment cost.

•     Appointments missed without notice (no-shows) are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost.

•     Two late cancellations or missed appointment will result in requiring a credit card on file prior to your next appointment
