Online Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy

All ages. EMDR is an effective treatment for PTSD, trauma (including developmental trauma), anxiety (including phobias, panic attacks and performance anxiety) as well as depression. EMDR does not require talking about the distressing memory in detail. EMDR helps clear away limiting beliefs by processing distressing memories. EMDR tends to be a quicker treatment than other methods of therapy.
