If there are new concerns or multiple areas requiring attention OR if it's been awhile since your last session (3+ months) our 30 minute follow up may not be sufficient time. Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
