Important Booking Information 🌿 We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice (“no-shows”) will not be billed to your insurance and will incur a full fee (100%). One late cancellation due to illness may be excused only if it is reasonable (e.g., sudden illness with some notice). Cancelling very close to the appointment time (e.g., 1 hour prior) will likely result in a full fee. In the event of severe weather, patients will be contacted and given the option to cancel without penalty. If the appointment is initially kept and later cancelled, the full cancellation fee will apply. A patient is not considered a no-show until they are 15 minutes past their scheduled start time. If a patient arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show. 🪷Please ensure your intake form is completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. Incomplete forms within 12 hours of the scheduled time may result in the appointment being cancelled and offered to a waitlisted patient. 🌼 Accepting ICBC patients for Chiropractic and Physiotherapy only.
