**Disclaimer** - This treatment is not eligible for direct billing. Lymphatic drainage is a specialized massage technique that helps direct lymph fluids toward functioning lymphatic vessels. This can be particularly beneficial when your lymphatic system is compromised, like after surgical removal of lymph nodes during breast cancer treatments, which often leads to swelling, known medically as lymphedema. Janet will use gentle, rhythmic strokes to encourage lymph fluids to move from swollen areas toward healthy lymph nodes. The massage starts at key lymphatic hubs in the neck, groin, and armpits, clearing blockages and promoting normal lymph flow. This helps alleviate swelling by ensuring that the lymph fluids have a clear path to drain away.

The treatment can be customized to suit individual skin concerns and needs. Micro needling can be used to address various skin concerns, including: Acne scars, aging skin, dull skin texture, fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and stretch marks This treatment is often combined with other treatments such as body acupuncture. Micro needling is considered safe and minimally invasive, with some mild side effects like redness, irritation, and temporary sensitivity.
Clients who book this must have an open claim with ICBC and have an approved chiropractor assessment and/or sessions. Please note if you are within the first 12 weeks of your accident date, you are approved for 25 chiropractic sessions and do not need to seek approval from your adjustor. If you do not have approved chiropractic sessions, please confirm with your adjustor beforehand.

Upon completion of the GLA:D™ program, a complimentary one-on-one follow-up visit with Dr. Jenna St. Martin, DC, is included. During this session, we will reassess your functional measures, symptoms, and overall progress compared to your initial assessment. The GLA:D™ (Good Life with osteoArthritis in Denmark) program is an evidence-based education and exercise program designed for individuals with hip and/or knee osteoarthritis, or persistent hip and knee pain and stiffness. It consists of two education sessions and twelve supervised group exercise sessions over approximately 7 weeks. Your initial assessment with Dr. Jenna St. Martin, DC is a required one-on-one visit to determine if the program is appropriate for you and to establish your baseline measures. This includes a detailed health history, physical examination, and functional testing (such as strength, mobility, and tolerance to activity). These findings are used to individualize your starting point within the program and ensure exercises are safe, appropriate, and aligned with your goals.
