Beginning with a guided meditation to relax your nervous system. Guiding you to take deep diaphragmatic breaths creating space for softness while stimulating the body’s response for healing. Followed by releasing the fascia & stimulating lymphatic drainage of the chest, neck and face. This is the magic for getting a toned & lifted face.
Than experience the Buccal massage (inter oral using latex free gloves) targeting the Masseter & buccinator muscle.
