Electroacupuncture combines traditional acupuncture with gentle electrical stimulation through the needles to provide continuous muscle and nerve stimulation.

• Sports injuries and recovery
• Chronic pain management
The stimulation is adjustable and typically feels like a mild pulsing or tapping sensation.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
