Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.

60 minThis is a 60 minute virtual follow-up appointment - for issues that have already been assessed and are now in the treatment plan phase. The appointment will occur through secure videoconference (or telephone if your technology is not suitable for videoconference).

90 minThis is a 90 minute virtual physiotherapy follow-up session for a condition that has already been assessed. Please note: If this is your first time having an in-person treatment in COVID-19, there is an important setup and screening phone call that needs to happen before the appointment.
