Raindrop Essential Oil Technique

The Raindrop Technique is a deeply calming wellness experience that combines gentle touch, pure therapeutic grade essential oils and reflex-based techniques to support relaxation and overall balance. This session uses a specific sequence of Young Living® essential oils, including oregano, thyme, basil, marjoram, wintergreen, cypress and peppermint, along with the essential oil blends Valor® and Aroma Siez®. These oils have been traditionally used for their aromatic properties to support the body's natural sense of balance and resilience. Essential oils are applied to the feet and spine using a unique method where the oils are gently dropped from approximately six inches above the body creating a light "rain-like" application. Then using the Vita-Flex technique, a form of reflexology meaning "vitality through the reflexes," pressure is applied on reflex points to support internal body systems. The Raindrop Technique is designed to - Promote deep relaxation and nervous system calming - Support the body's natural defences and immune resilience - Encourages balance within the body and energy field - Create a sense of grounding and overall wellbeing. Oils such as oregano and thyme are widely recognized for their aromatic qualities and have been traditionally used to support immune health and the body's natural ability to respond to environmental stressors. Clients often describe this session as warming, soothing and deeply restorative. Preferences, sensitivities and comfort are always discussed beforehand to ensure a safe and supportive experience.
