Once you have completed the assessment you can schedule your follow up treatments, your physiotherapist will discuss how often they would like to see you for optimal results. You can expect your PT to ask for a progress report, conduct their manual therapy, and review/prescribe more exercises as needed. Please wear loose comfortable clothing that you can perform full range of effected and surrounding joints, along with access to the effected area.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
