Please book this appointmemt within 5 to 7 days of your Initial Visit.
The Follow-up visit appointment is more treatment oriented, we talk about the discoveries from the Initial visit and start the treatment plan process. This appointment is 1 hour and 15 minutes. It will include a reassessment of the activities and movements we may have looked at during the first visit as well as the exercises that were given.
This treatment may include Passive care, or Functional rehab or both.

Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
