Complimentary Consultation (Adults & Couples)
A complimentary virtual consultation for prospective adult and couples’ clients to discuss what has brought them to counselling, ask questions about the therapeutic process, and determine whether we are a good fit to work together. This consultation provides an opportunity to learn more about the counselling process and explore whether ongoing therapy feels like the right next step. There is no obligation to book ongoing counselling following the consultation.
This is a remote session. You will receive a video call link to log in to, or you can call the practitioner directly (a phone number will be sent to you).
