We will thoroughly assess your skin, muscles, and concerns in this treatment. Based on our assessment, this is followed by a cleanse, exfoliation, steam or hot towel, and massage therapy applied to your arms, hands, neck, and face. A face mask or multiple if needed, as well as serums and moisturizers. This allows us to address your structural tightness and skin and tissue concerns. We treat both the interior and exterior of your jaw (if wanted) and all the muscles within your face and scalp, which allow your muscles of mastication and facial expression that are often headache culprits to get a chance to release. This treatment is very beneficial for releasing tension- it's also amazing for relaxation, and a little pick me up, leaving your skin with a fantastic glow.
