Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments that are cancelled, no-showed or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file.

Appointments booked less than 24 hours before their scheduled start time are considered final and cancelling these appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee, regardless of when the appointment was originally booked.
