NEW PATIENTS: In addition to your initial assessment, please book 2 follow up sessions spaced 2-3 weeks apart.
WAITLIST: If you can’t find an appointment time that works for you or want to potentially be seen sooner, please add yourself to the waitlist. You’ll automatically be notified of cancellations as they come up. Make sure to select the right type of appointment as you’ll only be notified of the openings for that appointment type.
LOCATION: Juno Physio operates out of the Steveston Health Collective , 3251 Chatham St., (as of November 2024) in Richmond. There may not be someone at the front desk when you arrive for your appointment but Sally will be there and will come get you at the time of your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. A minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time for any appointment changes or cancellations is required. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours notice are subject to the total cost of your appointment., which will be charged to the credit card on file. Cancellations in regards to illness must inform the clinic by 8am that morning in order for the fee to be waived.
RATES: Notice of Rate Increase effective July 22nd, 2026. We periodically review our pricing to reflect market changes, operational costs, and continued investment in our clinical skills.
