ALL bookings require a credit card be placed on file. Credit cards are safely encrypted and protected.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Life happens — we just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer that time to another patient.

Less than 48 hours’ notice: $50 cancellation fee

Less than 24 hours’ notice: FULL VISIT fee charged

Fees are charged to the card on file. Can’t make it in person? Ask about switching to a telehealth session to avoid the fee.

PARKING : FREE parking is available on the street or in the driveway (please avoid blocking other vehicles). Accessible parking is also available nearby at Jack Robertson Park.

Please note: we do not accept ICBC or WorkSafeBC claims, and we don’t offer direct billing.

A receipt will be provided for extended health insurance reimbursement.
