*Before your first IV you MUST have a 15 minute initial intake. This can be done in person, or over the phone. Please contact the office to book your intake and your first IV.

In addition to the IV cost, every treatment will have a $30 out of pocket fee for delivery supplies that is not covered by insurance.
Adding ingredients to the base recipe will also incur additional charges.
