Treatments are between 45-60 minutes long. Please wear loose fitting clothing. The space is shared with 2-3 other people, please respect others and be mindful of noise, try to speak quietly and turn cell phones to silent. Treatments may include acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion.

En quoi ça consiste

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
