Reflexology
Reflexology is a specialized treatment for the feet that encourages the release of tension, decreased stress and improved circulation. Reflexology is done by putting pressure on various points in the feet that stimulate particular nerve endings and can refer to other areas of the body. Many patients have a profound sense of relaxation and increased energy following their treatment.
Note: Reflexology is a wellness therapy, not a cure for serious complaints or conditions. It can help reduce some symptoms and pain. It is not recommended for those with the following conditions: blood clots, diarrhea, fever, open wounds or skin infections.
