Booking Guidelines
If you’d like to book for Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and/or Acupuncture for an ICBC or WorkSafeBC-insured visit, please contact us with your claim information and for scheduling.
If you haven’t attended care for Chiropractic or Physiotherapy less than 6 months ago, please schedule a Re-Evaluation Visit so your practitioner has time to assess and provide treatment.
If you haven’t seen your Chiropractor or Physiotherapist in 1 year or more, please schedule an Initial Existing (service type) Assessment so your practitioner has time to assess and treat your new injury.
If you have a new injury that hasn’t been assessed by your Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, or Kinesiologist, please schedule an Initial Existing (service type) Assessment so your practitioner has time to assess and treat your new injury.
If you’ve been to the clinic for care, but you would like to try another service that you haven’t tried yet, please schedule an Initial Existing (service type) Assessment .

All visits are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Missed/rescheduled visits will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of the visit cost.

If you’re a new patient OR you’re trying a new service, we’ll email you our intake form to the email address you provide, please complete it before your visit or arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your visit.
If we need to adjust your visit, we’ll contact you via the contact information provided.
