-Using gentle Massage, Energetic Balancing, Breath-work, Guidance and Mentoring, and Body Movement, this treatment can help your child with the following:

-relieve muscle tension
-promote relaxation
-aid in emotion regulation to enhance mood
-increase focus and concentration, alleviate symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, stress, and depression

-reduce stress from things like school, social pressure, and hormonal changes
-support mental health by having a space to be heard and feel safe
-reduce inflammation in the body
-improve body image by creating a positive relationship with their body
By addressing physical, emotional and mental aspects of health, Body Balancing supports children and adolescences in achieving overall well-being and resilience through critical stages of development. My goal is to leave each child feeling more empowered to be who they are, knowing that they are the driver of their life, allowing them to take actions that will support them in feeling their best!
