Treat yourself after a long day to a foot and leg scrub to help exfoliate the skin and prepare the nervous system. The scrub is followed by a Himalayan hot salt stone massage to the lower legs and feet. The treatment concludes with pressure point therapy to your feet which is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet which correspond to every part of the body.
