Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation, rescheduled or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment (this includes rescheduling of appointments). Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.I understand that sometimes life can get in the way of your scheduled appointments. However, I kindly ask that at least 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise the full fee of the massage will be charged.
If you are unsure if you can make your appointment in advance but you still want to receive treatment, adding yourself to the waitlist is a great way to be notified of last minute appointments if your schedule changes often and you want to avoid being charged the cancellation fee.
