Telerehabilitation is the delivery of rehabilitation services over telecommunication networks (eg. video chat). Assessments, exercise prescription, postural rehabilitation and education can all be done through this service.
Please be aware the Tele-Rehab appointment can only be booked if you are currently in BC. The appointment cannot take place if you are outside of BC at the time of the appointment

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
