Light touch therapy is a gentle, nurturing approach that helps calm the nervous system, ease stress and promote deep relaxation. In each treatment i start off with light, intentional touch strokes followed by using tools such as soft brushes and combs. I offer warm soothing towels and a bed warmer to help melt away stress and prepare the body for rest.
A cold stone facial massage uses smooth, chilled stones to gently glide across the skin, helping to reduce puffiness, calm inflammation, and refresh tired facial muscles. The cooling sensation soothes the nervous system, promotes circulation, and leaves the skin feeling toned, revitalized, and deeply refreshed.
