An Aromatherapy Consultation is a sit-down session which includes a more in-depth assessment and the making of a custom aromatherapy blend for you to use at home. You can either get a 15ml stock blend for inhalation/diffusion or a 60ml diluted blend for topical use. The blend can be for a specific use or condition (i.e. aid with sleep, anxiety, mood or energy boosting, headaches, etc.) Or it can just be a custom blend that you like that you can diffuse in your home. I will also take the time to discuss how to use the blend safely while still getting the most benefits.
