As you settle comfortably into the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, fine acupuncture needles will be placed at carefully selected points known to encourage relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing response.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
