Gua Sha is used to allow qi to move freely throughout the body. Your TCMD will prep the skin with a good quality oil and use a gua sha tool made of stone and begin scraping along the skin. This will help soothe muscle tension, stimulate lymphatic drainage and encourage blood flow. Get your glow on with the beautiful treatment.
