Assessment
Complete systemic assessment will help identify your issue and result in a proper diagnosis. Once diagnosed, your issue can be addressed and make your future treatments successful. The initial appointment may illicit some pain as it is necessary to assess where the issues and pain are located. I will try to assess with minimal irritation. In the assessment session I will share with you my findings and the future treatment approach.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
