To begin a Hydrotherapy Program, you'll first need to schedule an initial assessment appointment with the Kinesiologist. This appointment will start in the clinic, but if time permits, will finish in the pool while you are introduced to some exercises. If possible, please arrive at the appointment pool-ready, wearing a bathing suit under your clothing, to ensure a smooth transition from the clinic to the pool.
*Please note that for complex assessments, it is possible that there will not be enough time during the assessment to include the pool. In this case, you will learn your customized exercise plan at your next appointment.

Most of this first kinesiology visit is spent figuring out how you move and where things break down — history, posture, mobility, strength and movement testing — then turning that into a few targeted exercises, coaching on form, and a plan you leave with.
