After your Initial Appointment, follow up visits may be recommended to ensure positive momentum and/or address possible symptom recurrence.
45 minute sessions are booked when there are no major changes and things are going as expected. This option primarily involves Acupuncture and minimal bodywork, and is suitable for patients who have had a minimum of 3 previous visits, otherwise, please select the 60 minute option.
Acute issues should improve within 1 to 3 visits. Chronic conditions should improve within 1 to 5 visits.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
