We cover specifics around your Pelvic Floor, Birth, and your Recovery in Early Postpartum - helping you feel informed and supported.
We can tailor our session to address specific concerns you have because it's a 1:1 appointment. Your birth support person is welcome to attend this appointment with you!
**Topics include: Labouring Positions, Pushing Positions + Strategies, Perineal Tears + Massage, Pain Management, Prep for Rehab Post Birth (Vaginal + C-section). We also address common questions around Core + Pelvic Health concerns, such as, Prolapse, Abdominal “Separation” (DRA), Pain with Intercourse, and more.
Session notes are provided with information to take with you to your birth and have easily accessible in postpartum.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
