Concussion Baseline Testing
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Your team or sports organization is undergoing baseline concussion assessment through Complete Concussion Management™ this season. If this is your first time being tested through Complete Concussion Management, please complete the following registration instructions prior to your baseline testing appointment. If you have registered in previous years, simply bring your account number with you to your appointment.
Registration Instructions:
1. Visit: network.completeconcussions.com/register
2. Follow steps and enter all information that you can
3. Upon successful registration, you will receive an account number, store this number in a safe place and bring it with you to your appointment
4. At your assigned time, attend your assigned clinic to complete your baseline concussion test!

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
