For Physiotherapy, if this injury or condition is NOT related to a work or motor vehicle accident please select an INITIAL ASSESSMENT PRIVATE session.
Otherwise, you can choose MVA Initial Assessment for motor vehicle accidents or WCB Initial Assessment for your work related injury.
Are you booking for a FOLLOW-UP VISIT ?
For Physiotherapy, pick the appropriate SUBSEQUENT TREATMENT session.
If your are a RETURNING Client but you’re booking for a NEW injury: Please pick the appropriate INITIAL ASSESSMENT option.
