⚠️ 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment has been specifically reserved for you. In courtesy to your therapist and fellow patients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
📝 NEW PATIENTS
Please complete the massage and chiropractic intake forms sent to your email prior to your first visit.
📍 LOCATION
We are located on the 2nd floor of office building Entrance E in Thunderbird Village, between Work Authority and the flower shop (near Vancity). Take the elevator or stairs to the end of the hallway; we are the last office on the right.
🌙 AFTER 5:30 PM
The interior doors to the clinic are locked after 5:30 PM. Please wait outside the clinic, and your practitioner will come out to meet you at the start of your scheduled appointment.
🚗 PARKING
Free parking is available in the parking lot.
