Dear Clients, Thank you for being a part of Lantzville Wellness Centre!
We have moved to a new location in Lantzville as of October1, 2023.
Our address is – Unit 5 -7217 Lantzville Road, Lantzville, BC, V0R2H0 which is the unit in Lantzville Plaza in the corridor next to the CANADA POST OFFICE in Lantzville.
We at Lantzville Wellness Centre are making necessary changes during this challenging phase of COVID-19 which addresses key recommendations from sanitization to scheduling and from pre-screening to physical distancing where applicable .
We request you to follow our Public Health Authority’s recommendation to stay home and self-isolate if you have any signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and to follow up with either 8-1-1 or your physician and visit the self assessment tool as applicable in the given case scenarios.
You shall notice few changes in the ways we will function now to take care of safety for each one of us to the best possible and some of those changes might be as follows —-
- Asking you some screening questions before appointment
- Hand sanitization station upon entering/leaving clinic place in secured double door place
- Minimize waiting in the reception area
- Encouraging online methods of payment.
