APPOINTMENT - INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSION

The initial appointment will be 60 mins in length. This allows us time to have an effective initial session and gives time to go over our contractual agreements to each other and to cover all privacy guidelines. Packages for Investment 10 sessions – 30 minutes – $630 10 sessions- 60 minutes – $1150 Virtual Sessions will be held over zoom or the Jane app for privacy purposes. Sessions can be recorded or transcribed at request. (Recorded sessions will be sent to the client and then disposed of.). Having your camera on is an important part of the process so that we can connect and have the best possible communication. It is a highly suggested and recommended. I look forward to starting your coaching journey with you!

Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
