A secure video option to meet with our Naturopathic Doctors.
If you have not been into the office for an extended period of time (e.g. 6-12 months), a 60 minute appointment is the better option to get caught up and back on track. This appointment length is REQUIRED if you have not been to see your Naturopathic Doctor in over 1 year.
60 minute follow up appointments are also ideal for those who prefer to have more one on one time, have a lot of questions, or more complicated health concerns.
**NOTE:** This appointment includes a 60 min in-session consultation PLUS 15 minutes of post-consult time dedicated to writing patient progress notes, organizing your chart and any lab work, creating and sending your tailored treatment plan, collaborating with other treatment team members where applicable, patient research, and planning your next treatment. If you need more time with your Naturopathic Doctor than your chosen treatment length and her schedule allows for the extended time,you will be billed the full in session time used.

Most of this follow-up is spent reviewing what changed since last time and adjusting the plan — symptoms, routines, supplements, food, sleep and stress — with the rest on practical guidance so you leave knowing what to keep, stop or change.
