These sessions focus on progressing your treatment, building strength and mobility, addressing ongoing symptoms, and adjusting your program as needed to support lasting improvements in function, confidence, and overall well-being.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
