If this is your first visit to our clinic, or it has been more than 2 years since your last appointment, please book a New Patient Chiropractic Assessment .
If you’ve been seen within the past 2 years but it has been over 1 year since your last visit, please book a Chiropractic Re-Assessment & Treatment .

We require a valid credit card on file to reserve all online appointment times. Your card information is stored securely. Patients may choose their preferred payment method at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or appointment changes via email. To make changes, call us at (780) 986-8488 — or leave a message after hours and we’ll follow up.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee to the card on file.
