In this appointment you will have your annual physical assessment including a physical exam, vitals, vision, hearing, heart, lungs, skin, liver, spleen, abdomen and weight checked. A urine sample will be taken to check kidney function, pH levels and additional items as well.
Any parts you wish to omit is permitted.
Blood work include liver, cortisol, vitamin and mineral levels may be looked at as well.
