On your first visit, your Naturopathic Doctor will listen to your concerns and ask you for more details so they can form a complete picture of all the interrelated health factors. Your Naturopathic Doctor will perform a complaint oriented physical exam to provide objective information about your health concern. When will I start to feel better? Your Naturopathic Doctor's primary goal in working with you is to support you in creating a positive shift towards a state of optimal health. Healing is a process and the timing can vary based on the uniqueness of the individual. At each follow-up consultation your Naturopathic Doctor will re-assess how you are feeling and change the treatment plan accordingly to support your continued movement to a place of healing. We highly recommend that you commit to 6 month treatment plan. Pre-scheduling a follow-up consultation every 4 weeks for the next 6 months is suggested to ensure you stay on track to achieving your wellness goals.
