Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
The easiest way to cancel or reschedule is through your Jane account.
If your appointment is within 24 hours, please email info@limestonetherapies.com.
Please note : Our email is not monitored on weekends . If you have a Monday appointment, any cancellation or rescheduling requests should be submitted through your Jane account before the 24-hour cancellation deadline whenever possible. Emails received over the weekend may not be reviewed until the next business day and may be subject to our cancellation policy.
Missed appointments are charged the full appointment fee. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are charged 50% of the appointment fee.

September through December are our busiest months of the year. If you can’t find an appointment that works for you, join our waitlist through Jane and you’ll be notified if an earlier appointment becomes available.
