Depending on your needs, the traditional Swedish techniques of Registered Massage Therapy can be combined with the gentle pressure and subtle releases of Craniosacral Therapy to relieve muscle tension and relax the nervous system. Developed by Osteopaths in the early 1900s, Craniosacral Therapy (CST) uses very light pressure (5 g) to release tissues and work with the body’s natural rhythms to activate healing and balancing mechanisms.
