Cancellation Policy
Please note we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or reschedule their appointment, will be charged a $50 cancellation/reschedule fee. Any appointment cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours will be charged full charge
Credit Card Policy
We require ALL patients to have a valid credit card on file in order to book appointments online or over the phone. Credit cards will NOT be charged at the time of booking.

Prescription Refills
As part of our clinic policy, prescription refills are only provided after a follow-up appointment. These visits are essential to ensure your treatment remains safe and effective. In certain situations, a limited refill may be granted; however, a prescription renewal fee will apply, and a follow-up must be booked before any further renewals can be provided
We do not direct bill, so all visits must be paid in full. Receipts will be provide for you to submit to your insurance.
