This will include a quick assessment to address your progress and any other health concerns, followed by time on the treatment table to help you to relax, unwind, and heal. Please note that this session does not include manual therapies such as cupping or massage, but if you are curious about those treatments, please feel free to ask your practitioner!

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
