Nutrition counselling for diagnosed or suspected eating disorder (ED) ie. anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, OSFED, ARFID and binge eating disorder. As well as weight concerns, yo-yo dieting, and disordered eating. For anyone struggling with dieting and wanting professional support that is compassionate, evidence-based, and judgement-free. For ED, requirement for counselling: need to be medically stable with either regular GP following or open to having regular GP following.
