This 45-minute appointment continues your personalized scoliosis treatment plan. Your physiotherapist will reassess your progress, review your exercises, and adjust your treatment approach as needed.
Follow-up treatments may include:
• Schroth Therapy-based exercises and progression
• scoliosis-specific postural corrections
• breathing and movement strategies
• exercise progression and modifications
• education on self-management strategies
• updates to your individualized home exercise program

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
